For the face:
- Apply 2-3 drops to clean, dry skin
- Gently massage in circular movements until fully absorbed
- Use morning and/or evening, alone or mixed with your usual cream
For the body: Apply to dry or irritated areas after showering and massage until fully absorbed
For the hair: As a hot oil treatment (1-2 hours before shampooing) or a few drops on the ends after washing
For the nails: Massage 1-2 drops onto nails and cuticles every evening
